IDG To Print Outsourcing Magazine From India

The International Data Group (IDG) will launch a magazine on outsourcing from India. The magazine to be completely produced in India will cover local and international content. IDG has launched its Indian operations in Bangalore. It plans to invest $20 million between 2005 and 2010. It plans to recruit 200 professionals and have bureaus in other Indian cities as well. The company will offer PC World, Computer World, CIO Magazine and others. It has plans of investing $200 million in India if it gets quick clearances from the authorities. It also plans to set up its venture capital division in India.
