IDG Research Services vice president Janet King has been promoted to general manager. King joined IDG in 1989 as a PC industry analyst. She had been promoted to vice president three years ago. Charles Lee has been promoted to vice president of business development in corporate sales for IDG Communications. Previously, he was vice president of program management.
